Continuous production for serial parts
The 60-metre San-Yung line processes parts from approximately 10 g to 1,000 g at up to 600 kg/hour. Dual washing, a blackening tank and automated process control support repeatable production.
The line is suited to high-volume quench-and-temper operations. Material, geometry, load layout and required mechanical properties are reviewed before scheduling.
